So, after losing our original Musselburgh studios to a fire, things are looking a bit different just now. However we're aiming to come back even bigger and better than before, with our new studios in Fenton Barns, North Berwick.

We’re putting some really exciting gear in our new Pro room. First up is the The Ashdown/Hayden Classic Lead 80 guitar amplifier paired with an orange 4x12. The Classic Lead 80 is designed by Dave Green, formerly of Matamp, this amplifier is part of Ashdown’s UK Hand-Wired series, offering a blend of classic aesthetics and modern functionality and it sounds outstanding!! Hope everyone is well! Say hello to the first new home of Mushrooms!! We will be moving into Fenton Barns over the weekend and hope to have at least the first new room ready for you early next week.

We will eventually have 3 new rooms for you to choose from, one of which will be a pro room with some very exciting gear.

We are also in negotiations for a new place in Musselburgh to follow so will keep you updated on this too.

Hi all, quick update as realise a lot of you will have been left with not a lot of options for rehearsal in the East Lothian area. I still can’t gain access to the studios due to the unsafe nature of the building. From what I have seen it is looking like studio 2 and 3 are gone and even if the other 2 are salvageable the building itself may be condemned. I am working on a contingency plan so you guys have another option, may not come to fruition or be in East Lothian but hopefully close enough so it’s something at least. Hopefully I can give you more details tomorrow. Thank you so much for the messages and overwhelming support. You were the guys that made Mushrooms what it was the last 13 years and long term I hope to come back bigger and better and give yous all an ever better place to enjoy. ‘Live your heart and never follow’ Ross.
