Dann Stewart of Bezombie Audio is a recording, mixing engineer, songwriter, & producer based in East Lothian with an HND in Sound Production and a BA in Audio Technology from Glasgow Caledonian. Like most producers, he began producing music out of necessity for his own band's work, but since then has been helping artists from all over the UK to produce their music.

Dann has extensive experience in working across a range of genres, with a keen focus on Pop-Punk and Metal bands, along with Singer-Songwriter, Rock, Pop and Indie artists. He has a preference for modern methods of recording and working almost exclusively in-the-box, while utilising tube amp heads and acoustic drums when the need arises to keep the energy and live feel of the bands’ performances. His favourite part of working with bands is helping them to get the most out of their writing and composition, whilst coaching them to get the best performance from each part along the way.

The summer of 2022 saw his launch of Bezombie Audio Recording Studio in collaboration with Mushrooms in Musselburgh. He is excited to be able to offer artists professional recording, mixing, mastering, editing, pre-production, writing, re-amps and any other service their music requires to make it its best at affordable prices.
